WoW First Aid Guide

For those of you not knowing what WoW first aid is here is a quick summary and then on how to level your first aid up to level 450.

First Aid is a seconadary skill and does not count towards your 2 profession limit. Every class and race character can perform first aid once learnt. First aid is an absolute must wether your character has healing ablilities or not (if you can heal yourself you can still use first aid to conserve mana) as you can basically heal yourself by applying the bandages you made out of the cloth you sourced from looting bodies or maybe bought at the Auction house. You can heal yourself or another character or even your pet so it is very handy indeed especially when doing raids.

If you learn first aid you can make anti-venoms from venom sacs to cure poison as well. You are not going to get rich from first aid but you will live longer obviously.

These are the skill points needed for creating and curing poisons

Cure then Skill Level then Effect
 
Anti-Venom 80 Cure poisons up to level 25
Strong Anti-Venom 130 Cure poisons up to level 35
Powerful Anti-Venom 300 Cure poisons up to level 60

These are the bandages you can make then skill level required and lastly bandage effect.

Heavy Linen Bandage 40 Heals 114 dmg over 6 sec.
Wool Bandage 80 Heals 161 dmg over 7 sec.
Heavy Wool Bandage 115 Heals 301 dmg over 7 sec.
Silk Bandage 150 Heals 400 dmg over 8 sec.
Heavy Silk Bandage 180 Heals 640 dmg over 8 sec.
Mageweave Bandage 210 Heals 800 dmg over 8 sec.
Heavy Mageweave Bandage 240 Heals 1104 dmg over 8 sec.
Runecloth Bandage 260 Heals 1360 dmg over 8 sec.
Heavy Runecloth Bandage 290 Heals 2000 dmg over 8 sec.
Netherweave Bandage 330 Heals 2800 dmg over 8 sec.
Heavy Netherweave Bandage 360 Heals 3400 dmg over 8 sec.
Frostweave Bandage 350 Heals 4800 dmg over 8 sec.
Heavy Frostweave Bandage 400 Heals 5800 dmg over 8 sec.
