World Of Warcraft First Aid Guide

Firstly you will need to be trained by a First Aid Trainer to learn First Aid. You can gather cloth to make linen bandages from humanoids (fighting or looting) or buy the cloth from auction house if you have enough (if not get this excellent guide to Gold).

Note: WoW Patch 3.1.0 has removed the quest "Triage" to learn Artisan First Aid . You now only have to visit the first aid trainers to get the formulas.

Levels 150-225 Expert First Aid

180-210 Heavy Silk Bandage 80-100 Silk Cloth
210-225 Mageweave Bandage 15-20 Mageweave Cloth

Levels 225-330 Artisan First Aid

225-240 Mageweave Bandage 37-47 Mageweave Cloth
240-260 Heavy Mageweave Bandage 56-76 Mageweave Cloth
260-290 Runecloth Bandage 39-49 Runecloth
290-300 Heavy Runecloth Bandage 20-30 Runecloth
300-330 Netherweave Bandage 30-40 Netherweave Cloth

Note: At skill level 300 you need to learn Master First Aid. Both factions goto Hellfire Peninsula and once there Alliance- visit Aresella at the Temple of Telhamat and if you are playing the Horde- visit Burko in Falcon Watch. Right, Done?

Level 330-450 Master and Grand Master First Aid

350-400 Frostweave Bandage 60-70 Frostweave Cloth
400-450 Heavy Frostweave Bandage 188-208 Frostweave Cloth

A Quick note: When you reach 350 you will need to go to a Grand Master trainer and learn Frostweave Bandage.

If you are playing the Alliance then find Brynna Wilson in Valiance Keep, Borean Tundra or Anchorite Yazmina in Valgarde, Howling Fjord.
Or If you are playing the Horde then find Nurse Applewood in Warsong Hold, Borean Tundra. OR
Both factions can go to Dalaran and train for Olisarra the Kind in the Magus Commerce Exchange.

When you reach level 400 you need a manual that you cannot get from a trainer. The Heavy Frostweave manual is a world drop. It usually drops after a few kills in Drak'Tharon Keep and Zul'Drak. Then level up to 450 and Congrats you've done it.
